ADOPTION INFORMATION

Wild Trax Exotics reserves the right to refuse to sell a cat to anyone that we do not feel is an appropriate home. We do not release kittens to a new home under 10 to 12 weeks of age to assure it is in premium health and can endure the stress of transferring to a new home.

ABOUT WILD TRAX KITTENS:

Wild Trax is a FeLV and FIV free cattery, all of our cats have tested negative for these diseases. Our kittens are hand raised in our home, strictly indoors, socialized with other cats, weaned onto solid food, and will be litter trained before leaving our care. Kittens usually have received one or two vaccinations before their departure to a new home. They are sold with a written health guarantee, please view our purchase contract in full to read the health guarantee. Usually most kittens are ready to go to their new homes by 10 weeks of age, some need to wait until 12 weeks of age. It will be at our discretion at what age each individual kitten is ready to move to it's new home, in the best interest of the kitten's well being. This ensures they have strong immune systems, that they have weaned properly from their mothers, that they are mentally ready to handle a new environment, and that they have developed good behavior habits. Once you have placed a deposit on a kitten, we will try to send updated photos occasionally, but please be patient as it is hard to take good photos of energetic kittens very often.

Adopting parent must be able to agree to our Purchase contract to adopt any of our kittens.

PRICES:

There are a lot of expenses involved in raising high quality pedigreed cats, more than most people realize. Reputable breeders spend a lot of time and money to ensure their kittens are healthy, are free of congenital and infectious diseases. High quality Bengals, Maus, and Savannahs are not inexpensive. Generally, you get what you pay for. Sometimes you can find these breeds priced very low, but in most cases, these kittens will not have the vivid markings, extreme contract, and high quality breed traits that you see in magazines or at cat shows, nor will they have health guarantees and support from the breeder after the purchase. If you truly want a quality Bengal, Mau, or Savannah, we urge you to research the breed first and only purchase from reputable breeders that will provide you with health guarantees and support.

Bengals: Most of our Bengal kittens cost $800 on average for Pet only which requires a spay/neuter contract, but pet prices can range anywhere from $600 to $1200 as each kitten is evaluated. You can expect kittens that have the nicest biggest rosettes and are extremely contrasted in color, looking similar to our Tristan or Spartacus to be the most expensive. We will only sell Breeding cats to established and experienced bengal catteries.

Egyptian Maus: On average, pet prices for Egyptian Maus are $800 for silvers, $700 for Bronze, and $500 for Smokes, but prices will vary on a case by case basis. We will only sell Breeding cats to established and experienced catteries.

Savannahs: We offer Savannah to Savannah breeding in the F3B to F6C generations. Savannahs are more expensive than other breeds due to their high demand and lower supply available than other breeds. The prices vary greatly based on many factors, such as what generation the kitten is, and if the kitten is fertile or infertile, in addition to the individual kittens' breed qualities. The higher the generation, such as F1's and F2's, are the most expensive. The lower generations, such as F5, F6, or below are usually lower in price for pet quality. You can expect our Savannah kitten PET prices to be around the following, but can vary on a case to case basis:
F3's $1800 and up,
F4's $1000 and up,
F5's and F6's $800 and up

Kittens purchased for show or breeding: Show and Breeding rights for all our breeds are higher priced than the pet prices, on a case by case basis. Prices depend on the quality of the cat's breed traits and if it will be for pet, show, or breeding. There will be no restrictions on registration papers if purchased as a show or breeding cat. We do not trade cats or make special deals for future kittens back. Please inquire for more info if you are interested in breeding or showing. We will only sell Breeding cats to established and experienced catteries.

We are a CLOSED CATTERY, meaning we do not use or provide outside stud service, or co-own any of our breeding cats with other catteries. This helps us maintain a FeLV and FIV free cattery.

DEPOSITS:

Kittens WILL NOT BE HELD for anyone WITHOUT A DEPOSIT. In order to hold a kitten you must send a nonrefundable deposit, which is applied to your outstanding balance for the kitten. Deposits can be made by cashiers check, money order, Paypal, or credit card. If you decide for any reason not to get the kitten later, your deposit is nonrefundable. If for some reason we are unable to provide your selected kitten to you due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund your deposit in full. We do not accept deposits until kittens are born and a specific kitten can be picked out.

Deposits Required:
For Kittens priced under $1000, deposit is $250.00

For Kittens priced $1000 or more, deposit is 50% of total price.

PAYMENTS:

Payment in full must be made by Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, Paypal, or V/MC Credit Card before kitten is released to new owner. No personal checks accepted. NO CASH REFUNDS.

WAITING LIST:

We do keep a small waiting list for kittens, for people who have decided they definitely want one of our future kittens. It is free to get placed on our waiting list. We just need the following information from you for the waiting list: Your name, email, phone number, where you are located, and what you are looking for (breed, color, gender, for pet or breeding/showing). Kittens are first come, first serve. When kittens become available, the first person on the waiting list will have first choice, the second person on the list will have second choice, and so on. When we get to your name on the list, you will have the option to chose from the available kittens, wait for another litter, or you can ask to be removed from the list.

HEALTH GUARANTEE:

Wild Trax Exotics guarantees our kittens against FeLV and FIV for 3 days from the date of transfer. Wild Trax Exotics guarantees our kittens against untreatable life threatening congenital defects for the first year of life. See contract for details and requirements of health guarantee.

SHIPPING:

We can ship kittens within the US to most major airports, for the extra cost of the airline approved crate, veterinarian's health certificate, and shipping costs. Total Shipping costs range from $250 to $380 for kittens currently, depending on what airline we have to use. Kittens will ship out of Little Rock, Arkansas, and shipping availability depends on the weather and location availability. We do prefer for the kittens to be picked up in person if possible, as it is less stressful on the kitten.

REGISTRATION PAPERS:

All of our kittens are TICA registered. For Pet contracts, TICA registration papers will be provided once veterinarian proof of spay-neuter procedure is provided to Wild Trax Exotics. If buyer does not alter cat within the contracted time frame, there will be a fee of $1000 before registration papers will be released, and only at our discretion. For breeding or show quality kittens, papers will be provided at time of purchase.
